R&I Genetics makes available to medical specialists and patients the experience of its team of experts, gained from more than 15 years of service in the field of genetic analysis in rare diseases.
R&I Genetics is a laboratory accredited with the SSN and operates under an agreement.
It is certified according to UNI/EN/ISO 9001:2015.
It carries out analytical activities within a Quality Management System with controlled phases on all types of analysis.
The repeatability of the analytical data is verified by internal and external quality controls.
Personal and sensitive data is handled in compliance with GDPR 679/2016.
The genetic analysis service is guaranteed throughout the year and samples are accepted Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The service charter is the means by which any entity offering a service identifies the standards of its service, declaring its objectives and recognising specific rights for citizens. The charter is also a fundamental tool with which the principle of transparency is implemented through the explicit declaration of the rights and duties of both staff and users.
