All personal data provided through this site will be processed in a lawful, correct and transparent manner in order to provide the requested services and to respond to communications and requests from Users.

  • Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. The data collected include information relating to access, such as the IP addresses of the computers used by the Users who connect to the site, as well as other parameters concerning the IT environment used by the Users. This data will be processed for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this notice.

  • Data provided voluntarily by the User

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site or the filling in of web forms entails the subsequent acquisition and processing of the data necessary to offer the requested service and/or respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered. The personal data collected will be processed by employees appointed by the Data Controller and will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties, except in cases provided for by law and in the manner permitted by it.

Personal data are processed, in compliance with the Privacy Organisational Model adopted by R&I GENETICS S.R.L, with automated tools and exclusively for the purposes that are part of the services provided by the Company or for the fulfilment of the obligations provided for by law or regulation. Personal data will be processed for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

The data will be processed exclusively by the internal staff of R&I GENETICS S.R.L

They may, however, be brought to the attention of other external parties acting in the capacity of persons in charge of the operation or maintenance of electronic instruments, or where such disclosure is required by law or regulation.

  1. Conservation period

The personal data collected and processed in accordance with this Information Notice will be kept by the Data Controller for the period necessary to provide the requested service and, in any case, for the time required to fulfil any legal or regulatory requirements. 

  1. Rights of the data subject

The User has the right to request from the Data Controller access to and rectification or erasure of his/her personal data or restriction of the processing thereof or to object to the processing (Art. 15 et seq. of the GDPR). The appropriate request may be submitted to the Data Controller, at the addresses indicated in this notice.

If the data subject considers that his or her data is being processed unlawfully, he or she may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

The User is free to provide personal data, and failure to provide any of the data that may be compulsorily requested will make it impossible to obtain the requested service. The personal data you provide will be processed in compliance with current legislation on the obligations of confidentiality to which the Data Controller is bound. The data will be processed both by computer, on paper and on any other suitable support, in compliance with adequate security measures, pursuant to the GDPR.
